Contract Terms Acceptance
The following forms a legal agreement between you and CarCPU,
Inc. By using this site you are acknowledging that you have read, understood,
and agree to be bound by these terms. You also agree to comply with all
applicable laws and regulations, including U.S. export and re-export control
regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this site. If you
purchase products or use the website in any way, you are bound by these terms.
The material provided on this site is protected by law, including, but not
limited to, United States Copyright Law and international treaties.
Shipping Policy
Unless other arrangements are made, CarCPU, INC ships orders only to
PayPal-confirmed addresses or to the same shipping and billing address.
All orders are processed upon receipt. Actual shipping time is contingent upon
availability of merchandise and credit verification. No orders are processed or
shipped on Saturdays or Sundays. In the event of delays, every effort will be
made to contact you by phone, e-mail or mail.
CarCPU, INC ships via United Parcel Service. Shipments made through United Parcel
Service (UPS) are guaranteed to arrive by the posted scheduled delivery times of
UPS, from the time your package leaves our warehouse (depending on item
availability). We're sorry, but shipments cannot be made to P.O. Boxes via UPS.
CarCPU, INC shall not be responsible for any late shipments. All shipping dates
given are approximate. Buyer shall not be entitled to charge-backs, reductions of
price, or other offsets as result of late shipment or failure to deliver in
estimated time of delivery.
If an item is received damaged or not received at all, UPS must conduct an
investigation. Please contact CarCPU, Inc. to initiate a package investigation
within 5 business days of receipt of the package or within 5 days after the
estimated delivery date. DO NOT discard the original shipping carton and
packaging materials, as the carrier may want to inspect it.
Claims usually take about two weeks to process. If UPS claims responsibility for
the loss or damage of your order, insurance reimbursement will be issued to
CarCPU, Inc. and a replacement item will be shipped out. If that item is no
longer available, CarCPU, Inc. will refund your payment.
Sales Taxes
CarCPU, INC withholds applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to
addresses within Ohio. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales
taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other location.
Warranty
All products sold are subject to one year limited warranty from the date of
purchase, unless otherwise indicated. In case of
a defect or a malfunction, please contact
support@carcpu.com. Major components may be covered by overlapping
manufacturer's warranty, expiring at a latter date. Please, contact
specific part manufacturer for more information. At our discretion, we may
replace, repair, offer an upgrade at an extra cost, or request the consumer to
obtain warranty service from the component manufacturer. LCD monitors are
covered by manufacturer's warranty only. Physical abuse,
mishandling, modifications, improper maintenance, serial number alterations,
removal of warranty labels void warranty. Warranty void for fraudulent
activities on buyers behalf.
Returns Acceptance Policy
- There are no refunds or exchanges on auction-type sales.
- Eligible product must be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date.
- RMA Number is required on all returns.
- RMA number can be obtained via e-mail
request from
support@carcpu.com.
- Only not installed and not used products are eligible for a refund.
- A 20% Restocking Fee will be charged on all returns.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- Return freight must be arranged by you for all returns.
- Returned products must be in their original packaging.
- If an item is Not complete and resalable, the return will not be accepted and
a handling fee ($50.00) will be charged.
- Credit will be issued to your PayPal or credit card account on receipt of the returned
product.
Privacy Policy
Our site uses an order form for customers to request information, products, and
services. We collect visitor's contact information (like their billing, shipping
and email address) and financial information (like their account or credit card
numbers). Contact information from the order form is used to send orders
(products and invoices) to our customers. Financial information that is
collected is used to bill the user for products and services.
Personal information will not be shared or sold to anyone including business
partners.
Limited Liability
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, NEGLIGENCE, SHALL
CARCPU, INC BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT,
INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT
LIMITED TO, HARM TO EQUIPMENT AND/OR PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH, ARISING OUT OF
THE USE, OR THE INABILITY TO USE, THE MATERIALS OR PRODUCTS FROM THIS SITE. IF
YOUR USE OF MATERIALS OR PRODUCTS FROM THIS SITE RESULT IN THE NEED FOR
SERVICING, REPAIR OR CORRECTION OF ANY ITEM YOU ASSUME ANY COST THEREOF.
Our products are designed for show-use only. All Users must conform to their
local, state, and federal traffic laws.
